What kind of company is Shenzhen Future Lighting?
We are a manufacturer based in Shenzhen, China, specializing in LED pixel lights, media mesh screens, linear lights, wall washers and flood lights for architectural, landscape and outdoor lighting projects. Trading under the LightingFuture brand, we have been serving project contractors, lighting designers and distributors worldwide since 2013.
Do you support OEM and ODM orders?
Yes. We offer OEM service including custom housing colour, labelling, packaging and cable length, as well as full ODM development for new fixture designs. Tooling development usually takes 25–35 days after drawing approval.
What is your MOQ?
MOQ depends on the model. For standard catalogue products the typical MOQ is 100 pcs per model per colour temperature. For project orders with mixed models we are flexible — tell us your BOQ and we will quote accordingly.
How long does it take to get samples?
Standard samples are shipped within 5–7 working days. Customised samples (special colour temperature, beam angle or housing) take 10–15 working days.
What is the lead time for bulk orders?
Typically 15–25 days after deposit and drawing confirmation for standard models, and 25–35 days for customised or high-volume orders. Peak season (Q3–Q4) should be planned earlier.
What certifications do your products carry?
Our fixtures are CE (LVD and EMC) and RoHS compliant, with CCC certification for the domestic market. Our factory holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification, and we hold a number of design and utility patents for our pixel light and linear light structures. Certificates are available on request.
What IP ratings do you offer?
Most outdoor models are IP65 or IP66. Pixel lights are available in IP68 double-encapsulated versions, and linear lights in IP67 where required. We can advise on the right rating for your mounting condition.
What is the warranty?
Standard warranty is 3 years for architectural fixtures, extendable to 5 years for flood lights and high mast products. Warranty covers manufacturing defects; we supply replacement units or parts, with technical support throughout.
Can you provide photometric files and lighting simulation?
Yes. We provide IES/LDT photometric files for all catalogue models, and our engineering team can prepare dialux or Relux simulations and fixture layouts for your project drawings.
Do you provide installation support?
We supply installation drawings, wiring diagrams and DMX addressing schedules. For larger projects we can arrange remote commissioning support, and on-site engineering assistance is available on request.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are 30% deposit with the balance against copy of B/L, or 100% T/T for sample orders. L/C at sight is accepted for large orders. Terms can be discussed for repeat clients.
How do you handle shipping?
We ship by express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) for samples, and by air or sea freight for bulk orders. We are happy to work with your nominated forwarder, or we can arrange shipping to most major ports worldwide.
